Man kidnapped ex-lover's dentures (Ananova)
Police in Germany had to help a 60-year-old woman retrieve her dentures from her ex-boyfriend.
The woman, from Hildesheim, had gone to nearby Braunschweig to meet her former lover at his home.
They had planned to spend the night together and the woman had already taken out her dentures.
But a fight erupted, which ended with the man throwing the woman out of his home.
He left her standing outside the door and refused to return her dentures, so she called the police.
Officers arrived and eventually managed to convince the man to hand over the false teeth.
To help the woman leave the scene of her humiliation as quickly as possible, they also drove her to the train station.
